These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Atlas AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Atlas AI Solutions provides AI-powered software development, artificial intelligence and technology consultancy, and AI education and training services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal, quotation, or statement of work agreed between you and us.
2. Engagement & Payment
- Fees, payment schedule, and milestones are defined per project in your proposal or quotation.
- Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice.
- We may require a deposit before commencing work.
- Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide, in a timely manner, the information, access, and materials reasonably required for us to deliver the services, and to ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive ownership or a licence to the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how used to deliver the services.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. AI Outputs
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. Where our deliverables incorporate AI, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business-critical decisions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant proposal or statement of work. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
